Terms of Use Agreement
The Terms of Use Agreement ( hereinafter as the agreement) interpretes the terms and conditions in detail regarding your use of Aibocn website which is identified by the uniform resource locator www.aibocn.net ( hereinafter as the site ). The agreement both applies to you as the user of the site and the owner of the site.
1. Users and Acceptance of Provisions.
The Definition of User hereby refers to anyone who acesses the site for any purpose, including registered users and any merchandise or service payers on this site. To be more specific, a user is anyone who gains legal access to the site by actual authority.
1.1, The Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Hereto, a user shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement concerning your access, use, upgrade, modification, addition or change of the site. You shall accept all the relevant provisions as a user by granting your acceptance.
1.2, The agreement can be amended and restated by the site officially at any time. The updated agreement shall be effective immediately upon being posted. Your continued use of the site shall be deemed as your acceptance of the updated version of the agreement.
1.3, Electronical Communication. You are communicating with the site electronically along with your visiting and sending customer requests through the site. Based on your approval to the communication, the site will communicate with you by means of e-mailing and posting site notices from time to time.
2. Users Regulations
2.1, Users shall follow the regualtion that they are not allowed to copy, reproduce or download any information, text, images, video clips, directories, files, databases or listings available on the site for the purpose of re-selling or re-distributing the site’s content. Nor can they operate a business to compete with the site, or exploit the site’s content for commercial purpose.
2.2, The site shall not be responsible for the accuracy, propriety or lawfulness of any third party content, and shall not be liable to any user in connection with such third party content. Moreover, the site shall not be responsible for the conduct of any user, or weibsites, content, products or services available by hyperlinks by third parties. The site shall not be liable to anyone in connection with any damage caused due to such conduct and third parties’ content.
2.3, Users hereby accept the Privacy Policy and any possible updates and amendments thereto. Users acknowledge that the site may change the Privacy Policy from time to time provided that the site shall make available the updated version of the Privacy Policy on the site at all times. Users’ continued use of the site shall be deemed as acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
2.4, Users hereby agree that under no circumstances shall the site be liable to the user or any third party for any inability to use the site for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions regarding any communications or transmission, or any damage caused due to the use of or inability to use the site.
2.5, Direct or indirect systematic retrieval of the site content to create or compile a collection, database or directory without written permission from the site is prohibited. Additionally, the use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in this agreement is also prohibited.
2.6, No user shall undertake any scheme to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks used by the site and/or any other user and no user shall attempt to have unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks.
3. Users’ Registeration
3.1, Users who complete and submit the registration form by giving releted information will be assigned a user ID and password as a registered account by the site.
3.2, Notwithstanding above-mentioned Section 3.1, the site may reject registration and deny the issuance of a certain account and associated user ID and password for any reason.
3.3, Registered users shall agree to the inclusion of personal data in our Buyer Database. The site may contact users for personal data with any information the site needs to convey to you.
3.4, For business entity, users have to represent the authority to bind the entity to the agreement, a principal address for the business entity and all other necessary information for registeration. Based on this provision, the principal address of business entity will be deemed as its head office.
3.5, A registered user shall not sell, attempt to sell, offer to sell, give, assign or transfer an account to a third party without the prior written consent of the site. The site may suspend or terminate the account of a registered user or the transferee of a registered user in releted events.
3.6, The site may suspend or terminate a registered account at any time by giving no less than 24-hour notice to the user provided that the site has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided is untrue, inaccurate or not current or complete; or the user’s actions may cause financial loss or legal liability to such registered user.

The site’s content embodies trade secrets and intellectual property rights protected under worldwide copyright and other laws. All title, ownership and intellectual property rights in the site shall remain with Aibocn, its affiliates or licensors of the site’s content, as the case may be. Aibocn respects the intllectual property rights of others, and expects all users to do the same. Unauthorized use of another party’s materials and trademarks is forbidden on the site. |
